Our client, an international FMCG company is currently looking to recruit a Finance & Administration Manager (m/f) to reinforce its finance department based in Zaventem. Reporting to the Country Director Belgium, the responsibilities of this role will represent:

- Act as support function service to the entire Belgian organisation: finance, tax, Human Resources, IT, logistics, customer service...;
- Supervision and automation of the accounting in collaboration with the Accountant: responsible for the control and follow up of accounting (in Belgian GAAP);
- In charge of monthly and quarterly reporting to the Group and supervision on all tax matters;
- Responsible for cash management and coordination of internal and external audit;
- Definition and implementation of the budgeting and forecasting process;
- Follow up of KPIs for Belgium and international benchmarking, recommendation of action plans on the short and long term;
- Responsible for logistics and IT matters & coordination with an external IT partner;
- Supervision of customer service and logistics department;
- Management, optimisation and follow up of HR policies and liaison with payroll institution;
- Further development and updating of ERP package;
- Responsible for general administrative tasks such as general office administration
- Supervision of 3 people (Accounting, Customer Service and Logistics), optimisation of the organisation of the department and act as people manager.

The successful candidate has a Bachelor or Master in Economics or Finance or equivalent by experience, combined with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Knowledge of Belgian GAAP is a must. An experience with IFRS is a plus. Fluency in English is required and a good command of Dutch and/or French is necessary. A good general IT knowledge is mandatory. Exposure to an ERP environment as well as a sound knowledge of Excel is required.
