This exciting opportunity is with one of the leading Construction Companies in Belgium and will be based in Ghent for a large Marine project The successful candidate must be fluent in French, Dutch and English; candidates without these language capabilities will not be considered. This role will report to the Project Manager and is a permanent opportunity.
Requirements:
• Third Level qualification in civil engineering or related technical qualification
• Significant post qualification experience in a construction/contracting organisation, particularly on Marine Projects
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
• In-depth knowledge of construction of jetties; breakwaters; quaywalls and other marine structures
Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in the construction supervision of marine projects
• Experience in writing and amending method statements
• Ability to manage specialist subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of projects
