Recruitment Consultant Financial Services
For our division Permanent Recruitment Financial Services, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant.
We are looking for professionals to work on challenging and interesting assignments with some of the most prestigious corporations across all banking and insurance sectors.
Your main responsibilities include:
-Active candidate and client portfolio management;
-Active execution and follow up of recruitment assignments
-Advice to corporate clients;
Your profile:
The ideal candidate (m/f) has a Masters degree and can rely on at least 3 years of relevant experience in banking or insurance environment.
Our future colleague has sales flair, experience in building client relationship and demonstrates strong communication skills. He/she can negotiate at high level, has a good market knowledge and has a strong personal motivation. Being trilingual (Dutch/French/English) is required to offer an excellent service to our clients and candidates.
