Product Manager - Cash Management / Payments
Our client, active in the banking sector, is currently looking to recruit a Product Manager - Cash Management / Payments (m/f) to reinforce their organisation in Brussels.
Reporting to the Head International Payments and Local Offer Europe, your main responsibilities will include:
You will take in charge the development of some specific products/services, lead the product management and product marketing process at all stages of the lifecycle: from conception through realization and servicing.
Your tasks will be:
- Understand the client and client's needs both locally in the dedicated markets and well as internationally;
- Develop adequate solutions, hand in hand with the local CM Sales organization as well as their IT department;
- Develop selling and sales support tools together with the appropriate Cash Management Officers (CMOs)
You will also contribute:
- Define the overall products roadmap within organisation;
- Manage and maintain the product and service catalogue up to date;
- Provide guidance in terms of product tarification in the dedicated markets;
- Maintain the market watch for your products in scope.
You will become an ambassador of these products towards all stakeholders (our customers, our sales forces, communication teams, internal and external suppliers, etc)
You will work extensively with your colleagues of Global Cash Management as well as with other Cash Management product managers who are located in local entities in Europe or in other regions.
The successful candidate has a Master degree in Economics with a first experience in product management/marketing. Experience in payments/cash management is a real plus.
Fluency in English and a good knowledge of French is required. Knowledge of another European language is an asset. A good general IT knowledge is essential.
