Senior M&E Manager – Brussels
This exciting opportunity is with one of the leading Construction Companies in Belgium and will be based in Brussels. Due to the high volume of projects an experienced Senior M&E Manager is required to join their head office function. The successful candidate must be fluent in French, Dutch and English; candidates without these language capabilities will not be considered. This role will report to the Director of M&E Services.
Requirements:
• Third Level qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering or related technical qualification
• Significant post qualification experience in a construction/contracting organisation
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
• In-depth knowledge in M&E works on large and complex projects
Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience of design management of MEP services
• Experience in writing method statements for MEP installations
• Ability to negotiate high value contracts with specialist subcontractors
• Ability to manage external suppliers
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as per project requirements
