AP Manager

An international company active in the industrial sector is currently looking to hire an AP Manager to join their office in La Louvière.

Thanks to your experience in finance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in it.

Your main responsibilities as the new AP Manager will include:

• Supervise the AP team and all tasks related to AP accounting for several group companies
• Responsible for the encoding of purchase invoices and all tasks related to accounts payable
• Ensure that the legal information on the invoice is correct
• Ensure that invoices are properly posted
• Improved recognition software, and improved P2P process while ensuring compliance with accounting rules
• Track and clean up accounts payable
• Follow-up on invoice approvals
• Facilitate contacts with internal departments and external parties

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting
• You have 10 years’ experience in a similar position
• You are fluent in French and in English
• You have strong knowledge in BE GAAP and VAT principles

Your strengths:

• You have solid skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
• You can manage a team
• You are stress resistant, flexible and you are a problem solver
