AR Manager

A growing company active in the advisory sector is currently looking to hire an AR Manager to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in accounting receivables, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in it.

Your main responsibilities as the new AR Manager will include:

• Management of a team of 6 persons
• Collect, validate, and analyze billing documents and subcontractor invoices and payments
• Invoice and follow up with clients
• Weekly follow-up of unpaid invoices, contracts, purchase orders and late payments from clients
• Weekly meeting with the business to monitor issues
• Conduct monthly closing of accounts receivable activity
• Manage a factoring platform

Your profile:

• You have a degree in accounting
• You have minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting focusing on the accounts receivables
• You are fluent in English as well as in one of the two national languages
• You have strong knowledge of MS Office and a first experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be considered as an advantage
