Order to cash and Purchase to Pay Team Leader

A growing multinational company active in the industrial sector is currently looking to hire an Order to cash and Purchase to Pay Team Leader to join their office in Brussels.

An interesting position as an Order to cash and Purchase to Pay Team Leader has just become available in Brussels. Reporting to the Manager, you will have a key role in driving continuous improvement. You will be the first point of contact for the OTC and PTP team and will be central to ensure the optimal execution of the team by performing controls and monitoring. You will also support operations if required.

Your main responsibilities as the new Order to cash and Purchase to Pay Team Leader will include:

• Ensure the optimal execution of the team by monitoring and implementing key controls
• Coach, motivate and evaluate employees and identify and provide training needs to ensure continuity of service
• Support operations if needed regarding: Invoicing and payments, credit collection, factoring process, booking of bank guarantees.

About you:

• You have a degree in accounting or equivalent
• You are fluent in English, you have a good level in French or in Dutch
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP
• You have people management abilities
• You are a team player, but you are also able to work independently
• You are result-oriented, problem-solving, and detail-oriented
