A fast-growing multinational company active in the industrial sector is looking for an Accounting and Reporting Manager to join its team in Brussels.

Your key responsibilities as Accounting and Reporting Manager will be:

• Ensure that the accounting and reporting of the entities (+/- 15 across BE, NL, FR) are accurate
• Responsible for the main accounting and reporting processes, such as payroll, provisions, fixed assets, VAT, etc.
• Act as coordinator with the BU/site
• Review relevant processes, implement controls and reconciliation procedures
• Supervise, motivate and coach a team of 15 people (including 6 direct reports) on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure Group (IFRS) and local reporting
• Liaise with the external auditors on matters falling within its remit

You profile:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting in an international environment or within a BIG4
• You have knowledge in IFRS or master different GAAPs
• You have a solid knowledge of ERP Tools, in particular with SAP
• You are able to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• You are fluent in English, with Dutch or French as an asset
