Due to the ongoing expansion of activities, an exciting position as a Senior Purchase to Pay within a dynamic team has been created, where you will be directly reporting to the Manager.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Purchase to Pay:

• You manage the daily processing of supplier invoices, monitoring process efficiency to ensure operational objectives are met.
• You maintain the quality of services provided by the shared service center (responsible for invoices encoding) by monitoring KPIs and conducting continuous checks.
• You act as a P2P process specialist, actively contributing to continuous improvement through assessment, optimization, automation and digitization.
• You assist in month-end closing tasks related to Purchase to Pay and in the preparation of management reports, including reviewing sensitive accounts and reconciliation.
• You identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation solutions.
• You ensure the proper functioning of the expense management tool (MobileXpense).
• You are the first point of contact for supplier requests, the shared service center, sales teams, and procurement and transportation departments.

Your profile:

• Graduate in accounting, finance, or economics.
• You have a strong background in accounting, particularly in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset.
• You are IT-minded. Proficiency in SAP is required. Knowledge of Ariba and Mobile Xpense is a plus.
• You are curious, responsible, and have a critical mindset.
