Business Controller

A company active in the Services sector is currently looking to hire a Business Controller to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in finance, you will have an essential role in the execution of recurring control activities. You will support the development of a stronger business controlling environment and focus on projects and the ERP implementation.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Controller will include:

• Lead the reporting process
• Provide financial support and analysis of financial performance
• Improve proactively projects on cost control and management systems
• Liaise with project managers, ensure proper understanding and enrichment of data collection
• Manage the multi-year budget and forecasting exercises
• Implement KPIs reporting
• Set up cost modelling by service
• Provide SLA support to project/program managers
• Improve budget and forecasting cycles
• Take part in several projects, the main ones being the finance transformation plan and the implementation of a new ERP

Your profile:

• You have a Master’s degree in Business Economics (or similar)
• You have minimum 3 years of experience in audit and/or in controlling
• You have a relevant experience as controller in an international environment, preferably in a project-based environment
• You are fluent in English
