Voor een hoogwaardig bouwbedrijf in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek een ondernemende Project Controller om controles uit te voeren op alle toegewezen werven in Vlaanderen. U bespreekt alle financiële cijfers en eindprognoses met verschillende partners en maakt hierbij ook analyses, aandachtspunten en verbeteringen naar het management op.
Uw hoofdtaken als Project Controller:
- Controleren van het budget en volgt de financiële planning van elke project op
- Ondersteuning bieden aan de werven
- Opstellen van de maandelijkse budgetcontroles
- Opstellen van rapporteringen en bespreken met de CFO en CEO
- Ad-hoc analyses bij opmerken van financiële afwijkingen op de werf
- Analyseren van de prognose einde werf en bespreek deze met de projectleider
- Kritische vragen stellen op basis van gefundeerde cijferanalyses
Als Project Controller heeft u:

Een masterdiploma in een relevante studierichting

Enkele jaren ervaring in een project controlling/audit functie

Goede kennis van boekhoudkundige systemen

Sterk met cijfers en analytische mindset

U spreekt vlot Nederlands
-
Gemotiveerd, dynamisch en u heeft een proactieve persoonlijkheid

Dicreet, assertief en service minded
-
Vlotte communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden

Stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld
