Finance Business Partner

A company active in the services sector is currently looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their offices in Brussels.

Thanks to your experience in Finance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in Business Controlling.

Your main responsibilities as the new Finance Business Partner will include:

• Active participation in the performance monitoring of a business unit and advice to its management team
• Provide critical feedback to the business unit management and initiate and support decisions
• Prepare management reports and produce ad hoc analyses
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for the business unit
• Take charge of special projects for the Business Unit or the Executive Committee
• Contribute to the transformation of the company

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or in Engineering
• You have minimum 5 years’ experience as Business Controller in industry
• A first experience in Consulting would be considered as an advantage
• You are fluent in French or Dutch combined with a very good level in English
