About the global Plant Controller role:
You support and challenge the production facilities and supply chain with the objective to accelerate the international development of the company.
Main responsibilities as Plant Controller:
- Annual operation budget and quarterly financial forecasts.
- Variance reporting and analysis.
- Review, analyse and approve capital expenditures for the region. You report on spending status, compared to approved budget.
- Take care of the operating budgets, capital expenditures and financial forecasts as required.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information for EMEA region.
- Analyse and report sales and costs by product and service type to support managers in assessing profitability and pricing decisions.
- Analyse regional costs, making sure spending is aligned with budget/forecast.
- Prepare, review, and distribute monthly reports in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.
Your profile as Plant Controller:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Hands-on mentality, exceptional detail oriented with high focus on accuracy, strong analytical insight into business processes and cost structure, a positive and motivated mindset who takes ownership and detects opportunities.
- The ability to support stated business objectives, enforce policies and procedures and actively champion change when required.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
