A European leading production company in Boom is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner acting as a Finance Business Partner with strong ethical standards who pays attention to detail and who is capable of working in a fast growing environment.
Your main responsibilities as Finance Business Partner:
- Integrate financial & non-financial data together to support business decisions
- Support purchasing in terms of raw material analysis in view of supplier selection
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting financial package including P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow, Dashboard, and Performance reporting
- Support audit, consolidation and monthly and year-end closing
- Coordinate ad hoc analysis, business cases and provide assessment to facilitate decision making
- Follow-up registration Activity Based Costing system and subsequent reporting
- Follow-up stock
- Support the implementation of a performance management and data driven culture
- Deal with ad hoc management information requests
- Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting
- Maintain and develop the management reporting tools, ERP and Financial Systems
Required profile for the role as Finance Business Partner:
- A university degree in finance or Business Administration
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical insight and able to process a large amount of information into concise and structured presentations
- Well organized, structured and proactive with a focus on performance monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and able to build partnerships among key stakeholders by trust and a collaborative way of working
- Flexible strong team player
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
