Group & Business Controller

A listed company active in the several sectors (chemistry, food, and natural sciences) is currently looking to hire a Group & Business Controller to join their offices in the Walloon Brabant.

Thanks to your experience in Finance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have a global role including Controlling, Consolidation, and M&A. You will report directly to the CFO.

Your main responsibilities as the new Group & Business Controller will include:

• Business controlling : budget, forecast, cash flow management
• M&A : due diligence, analysis of investment opportunities
• Consolidation & reporting
• Ad hoc assignment

Your profile:

• You have a master’s degree in economics
• You have at least 5 years’ experience in finance (audit/controlling)
• You are fluent in French and English
• You have strong skills in Excel
• You have good knowledges in IFRS (considered as an asset)
