Business Controller

A fast growing company active in the Distribution sector is currently looking to hire a Business Controller to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in Finance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in accompanying the group by controlling the Belgian entities.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Controller will include:

• Collect, analyze and discuss financial and budgetary information related to the various functional areas
• Advise business, operations and management on how to improve performance
• Monitor results in different areas of the business
• Follow up on the evolution of sales, margins and costs
• Work in close collaboration with your colleagues in accounting and regional team

Your profile:

• You have a master’s degree in finance or equivalent experience
• You have 4 to 8 years’ experience in a financial or consulting role
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is considered as an advantage

• You have strong analytical skills and can process data well
• You are patient, ambitious, assertive and you like to come up with ideas to improve processes
