Project Business Controller

A leader company active in the Real Estate sector is currently looking to hire a Project Business Controller to join their offices in Brussels.

Thanks to your experience in External Audit or Business Controlling; you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in it. You will be the key contact for project managers.

Your main responsibilities as the new Project Business Controller will include:

• Establishing budget, forecast, analyzing variance and discuss it with the business and the projects manager
• KPI analysis
• Ad hoc tasks, such as assisting corporate finance in drafting business plan

Your profile:

• You have a degree in Finance or related
• You have at least 3 years’ experience in External Audit or Business Controlling
• An experience in Real Estate is considered as a plus
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus

• You are analytical
