Controlling Business Partner

A specialist in the real estate business is looking for a Controlling Business Partner to join their successful, driven, and ever-expanding team in Antwerp.

You will play an important role in the success of this leading and quickly expanding real estate business.

As the Controlling Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

• Data gathering, data analysis and data visualisation, to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  Analysis and reporting of financial and operational KPIs on a monthly basis
• Assisting in monthly P/L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
• Taking ownership of optimisation and digitisation of current financial processes including financial closing procedures and daily financial operations.
• Providing support during forecast exercises and budget preparations.
• Assisting in financial due diligence exercises within mergers-and-acquisitions transaction processes.

The ideal candidate for the role as Controlling Business Partner has:

• A university degree within a relevant field
• 3 years’ experience in financial management, coupled with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
• A data driven mindset
• The ability to solve complex problems
• Capacity to work with tight deadlines
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills to form strong relationships
• Knowledge of financial software and dashboarding tools
• Flawless in Dutch, English and French
