A dynamic, international company specializing in the service sector, with a culture of open-mindedness, is currently looking for a Business Controller for its Ixelles office.

An exciting opportunity as Business Controller has just become available in Ixelles due to an internal move. Reporting to the Controlling Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, budget preparation and monitoring for the P&L items for which you are responsible.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Controller will include:

• Monitor budgets and operating results (analyze costs and explain variances between actual and budgeted figures).
• Assist departmental management in understanding, managing and planning their financial performance, and in making the right decisions on the basis of rigorous analysis and simulations
• Develop and follow up on the financial impact of the company's various projects
• Contribute to the improvement of our budgeting and financial reporting tools, and of our processes in general

About you:

• You have a master’s in Finance
• You have at least 3 years’ relevant experience in audit or in an analytical function in finance
• You have solid skills in Excel, a first knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset
• You are fluent in English and French
