A major Belgian construction company is currently looking for a Senior Business Controller for its Brussels office.

Due to the company's growth, we have just created a strategic position for a Senior Business Controller in Brussels. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Director, you will be expected to provide your own input.

Your main responsibilities as the new Senior Business Controller will include:

• In charge of consolidating the financial results of all construction projects for Belgium and Luxembourg
• Responsible for monthly cost control reporting, analysis, and process simplification
• Review project cost control
• Assist and support the cost controllers in ensuring that the results are in line with the accounts to ensure qualitative consolidation
• Liaise with technical project managers to obtain all the information required for cost control and project forecasts
• Cooperate proactively with the accountants (monthly closing)
• Report results and analyses to the CFO within the set deadlines
• Produce monthly reports and start collecting information from various stakeholders

About you:

• You have a master's degree in economics or finance
• You are fluent in Dutch and in English and you have good knowledge in French
• You have minimum 5 years’ experience in business or cost control
• You have strong reporting and analysis skills
• You are a quick learner
• You work autonomously
• You are mobile and flexible
