A Belgian subsidiary of a large group in the Automotive sector is currently looking for a Business Controller to join its office in Zaventem.

A challenging Business Controller position has just become available in a stimulating environment in Zaventem. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the controlling of one Business Unit and play a key role in the company.

Your main responsibilities as the new Business Controller will include:

• Set up and analyse adequate business management reporting (dashboards, KPI) and report to the board & the management.
• Act as a business partner and be responsible for the budget, forecast and variance analysis for all departments.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset and advise on business-related projects.

About you:

• You have a master’s degree in Finance or economics
• You have at least 5 years’ relevant experience in a business controlling position
• You are fluent in English and are fluent in Dutch or in French.
• You are IT-minded. You master Excel and knowledge in Power BI will be nice to have.
• You are a real business partner, you are team-play, you have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You have an analytical and proactive mindset.
