Director Investments

Key responsibilities:

• Source, underwrite, bid, negotiate and close real estate and other investment deals which fit the company and clients’ requirements - Both equity & debt side of the transaction;
• Develop, expand and maintain external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers and lenders;
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with business partners;
• Executing the due diligence (legal, financial, commercial, technical etc.) and transaction execution for investments;
• Preparing investment memorandum, general marketing materials to formulate recommendation to investment board;
• Liaising and coordinating with other departments during the sourcing and execution process (mostly development, legal, architecture and finance teams) - Leading role in transaction execution;
• Liaising with external partners including lenders, administrators, lawyers and tax advisors;
• Complete all assignments within expertise which maybe reasonably be requested from time to time

The ideal candidate:

As Director Investments you have a relevant master’s degree and several years of experience, ideally in the real estate sector. You have solid business and finance understanding with excellent ability to delegate people. You can prioritize, work independently, and take initiative. A strong drive for improvement and capability to multi-task. Highly organized, accurate and structured, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
