Finance Business Partner

A company active in the Real Estate industry is currently looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their offices in Brussels.

Thanks to your experience in Finance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in financial management and reporting.

Your main responsibilities as the new Finance Business Partner will include:

• Drive the annual budget process
• Implement a reporting to track performance, identify variances and take corrective actions
• Generate accurate and relevant financial reports
• Provide analysis to support the decision making process, including merger and acquisition processes
• Conceive, develop and implement effective processes within the local finance team and create a working environment for interfaces with other internal departments
• Ensure that European FP&A guidelines regarding the redesign of financial information are implemented in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and build relationships with banks and other local authorities
• Conduct and execute financial and business transformation activities
• Utilize internal ERP system and other modern financial tools to create and manage efficient and state-of-the-art financial operations
• Builds constructive working relationships where mutual needs and priorities are understood and supported
• In charge of the line management of the business operations support team member

Your profile:

• You have a master’s degree in finance
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience as Finance Business partner/Controller/FP&A and have experience in international environment
• You are fluent in English and French
