Some of the duties of the Senior Finance Manager include:

• Ensure accurate reporting to manage the business and secure the company's assets and costs.
• Monitor budgets and targets set in the budget.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing of both statutory and reporting books;
• Prepare monthly and year-end reporting and ongoing financial projections for local and global management;
• Oversee proper variance and efficiency analysis and reporting to automotive standard;
• Member of the management team

The ideal profile for the Senior Finance Manager role has:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or university economics degree
• 10 years of work experience and experience within an international environment, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadershipskills
• Excellent assessment, organisation and prioritisation skills
• Extensive knowledge of MS office and ERP
• Experience with consolidation software
