Associate Investments

Key responsibilities:

• Source, underwrite, bid, negotiate and close real estate and other investment deals which fit the company and clients’ requirements - Both equity & debt side of the transaction;
• Develop, expand and maintain external relationships with key market participants, investment sales, leasing brokers and lenders;
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with business partners;
• Executing the due diligence (legal, financial, commercial, technical etc.) and transaction execution for investments;
• Preparing investment memorandum, general marketing materials to formulate recommendation to investment board;
• Liaising and coordinating with other departments during the sourcing and execution process (mostly development, legal, architecture and finance teams) - Leading role in transaction execution;
• Liaising with external partners including lenders, administrators, lawyers and tax advisors;
• Complete all assignments within expertise which maybe reasonably be requested from time to time.

The ideal candidate:

As Associate Investments you have a relevant master’s degree and several years of experience. You have solid business and finance understanding with excellent ability to delegate people. You can prioritize, work independently, and take initiative. A strong drive for improvement and capability to multi-task. Highly organized, accurate and structured, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
