Financial Analyst

A fast-growing company specialized in the Real Estate sector is currently looking to hire a Financial Analyst to join their office in the West of Brussels.

A challenging position as a Financial Analyst has just become available in the West of Brussels due to the growth of the business. Reporting to the Financial Planning & Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to the financial and business success.

Your main responsibilities as the new Financial Analyst will include:

• Ensure consistency and quality of data and analyze past and current performance
• Participate in the process of evaluating the company's capital assets
• Identify and highlight deviations from progress and expected results to the Executive Committee and other internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts and the company's long-term business plan
• Provide input into the improvement of the company's reporting systems and tools
• Define and implement new analytical methods and tools

About you:

• You have a degree in accounting, finance or economics or you worked in an equivalent position
• You are fluent in English
• You have strong skills in Excel
• You have excellent analytical abilities
• You can work under tight deadlines
