A company active in the Healthcare sector is currently looking to hire an M&A Associate to join their offices in Brussels.
Your main responsibilities as the new M&A Associate will include:
- Financial and strategic analysis
- Collection, compilation and analysis of documents related to acquisitions or development targets
- Realization of the Business Plan and preparation of an acquisition file for the Board
- Collaboration with the CEO and CFO in negotiations with advisor and sellers
- Participation in the negotiation, implementation and review of legal documents
- Participation in the fundraising
Your profile:
- You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration
- You have between 3 to 7 years of experience in M&A or Transaction Services in a BIG4
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
Your strengths:
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are willing to travel around Europe (3-8 days a month)
- You are perseverant, assertive, and resilient
