A global medical company in Mechelen is seeking to find a FP&A Specialist to accommodate the growth of the ever expanding company.
Your main responsibilities as FP&A Specialist:
- You will act as an active member of the FP&A community, including providing backup and project specific activities.
- Be a business partner, add value through providing insights and facilitating fact based decision making
- The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and SOX requirements, whilst always taking the company values into account
- Having the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects
- Support the ERP implementation and act as the ambassador towards relevant stakeholders
- Enhance, design and roll out reports and KPI’s, taking the needs of the business stakeholders into account
Required profile for the role as FP&A Specialist:
- A relevant degree in finance or accounting
- 3 relevant years of experience in FP&A
- Financial reporting, planning and budgeting is common knowledge
- Highly numerate and strong analytical skills
- Outstanding communicator in a clear and crisp manner
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are great
- Creative problem solver with a hands on approach
