Group Treasury Manager

A new challenging job as Group Treasury Manager has come available within a dynamic, fast growing production company in Puurs.

Key responsibilities as Group Treasury Manager:

• Provide weekly liquidity report, monthly factoring reporting, intercompany positions and interest accruals, external debt and bank reporting
• Preparation and release of treasury payments
• Variance analysis reporting to actual to drive forecasting quality improvements
• Provide daily control of the cash balances held by all companies of the group
• Back office administration such as: opening / closing of bank accounts, prepare banking documentations, review and control of bank fees, document and maintain records in relation with intercompany loans and cash pools
• Back-up for the BUs for the release of payment files
• Propose and monitor treasury KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the treasury activities
• Assess and decide on the treasury infrastructure, processes and systems required to ensure continuity of the treasury service in an evolving business environment
• Provide an overview of all indebtedness in the Group and execute the timely payment of interests and fees in relation to the senior financing and ensure compliance with financial covenants and debt undertakings
• Forecasting of the expected development of available cash in Group
• Maintenance of banking powers of attorney
• Follow up on interest rate developments and assess hedging opportunities
• Coverage of financial risks to which the organization is exposed and identify and limit foreign currency exposure within pre-approved limits
• Various ad hoc responsibilities and projects

Required profile for the role as Group Treasury Manager:

• University degree in finance or economics
• Previous role in corporate treasury
• Strong IT skills – Excel, SAP, PowerBI,..)
• Ability to multitask, detail oriented and adaptable to change
• Real team player
• Analytical and conceptional thinking
• Highly organized, accurate and structured
• Flexible and open minded
• Fluency in Dutch, English and good knowledge of French
