As a Teamleader AP in Antwerp, you will guide an ambitious Accounts Payable team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities as a Teamleader AP :

• Manage and develop a team of 6 AP professionals, fostering engagement and performance
• Oversee daily AP activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Drive process improvements and workflow automation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Treasury, IT, and other finance peers

About you :

• You have 3+ years’ experience in leading a transactional accounting team
• You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance
• You are fluent in English and Dutch, with solid VAT knowledge
• You’re organized, solution-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder management
• Experience with Microsoft D365 or Power BI is a plus
