  • Je staat in voor het matchen van leveringsbonnen en facturen
  • Je boekt de facturen en creditnota’s in
  • Je staat in voor het klasseren van de facturen
  • Je houdt gegevens van klanten up-to-date
  • Je volgt openstaande facturen op
  • Je bent back-up voor de opmaak van de facturen
  • Je staat in voor allround administratieve taken

Het ideale profiel:

  • Je hebt een diploma binnen boekhouding of hebt reeds enkele jaren relevante ervaring
  • Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office, ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een plus
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en kan goed nauwkeurig werken
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
