For an international firm in the region Machelen-Vilvoorde, we are looking for a finance and administration employee. This job offers you a varied task package in finance and administration, with stakeholder management and client contact as key responsibilities. Tasks as Finance and administration employee:

You will be part of the finance team, with several colleagues in Belgium, but also abroad. Your team consists of diverse colleagues from different backgrounds. You are a real administrative jack-of-all-trades. Your specific tasks consist of the following:

  • You will handle the financial contracts on an administrative level
  • You process invoices and have contact with the accountants for all financial questions you have
  • You handle the leasing contracts of the vehicles
  • You make sure the procedures are compliant with internal and external regulations
  • You have regular client contact about running contracts, open payment, issues, questions, ...
  • You are able to find the right person in the company to solve problems and ask questions if you have them. You are not afraid to ask for help when needed!

Profile of ideal Finance and administration employee:

  • You have a graduate or bachelor's degree
  • You have a first working experience (student job or internship can be interesting as well!)
  • You are loyal, trustworthy, can work accurately and your administration skills are strong
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone, talk to clients and ask questions to colleagues
  • You are fluent in English
  • You can work with basic Excel-tools

Offer:

  • In this multinational environment, two days will never be the same! You will have a very diverse task package and contact with colleagues in different departments. Client contact, stakeholder management and administration are your main focus points.
  • You will get a fixed contract
  • You can work full time, or 80% if you want more free time
  • There is the possibility for homeworking after the first few months

  • The salary will be around €3000-€3500 gross depending on experience, and will be supplemented with lunch vouchers, net allowance, bonus, a broad insurance package and a laptop
