Het takenpakket als Billing Assistant :

  • Je staat in voor het opmaken van de facturen in SAP
  • Je houdt gegevens up-to-date
  • Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van diverse rapporten
  • Je beantwoordt vragen in de algemene inbox
  • Je staat in voor het office management
  • Je ondersteunt het HR-departement waar nodig
  • Je werkt mee aan het beheer van het wagenpark
  • Je staat in voor de communicatie naar klanten

Het ideale profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Engels
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante ervaring
  • Je bent analytisch en hebt minstens een goede basiskennis Excel
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten leggen en bent stressbestendig
