Voor een automotive bedrijf gelegen in Merksem zijn we op zoek naar een Administratief financieel medewerker. Ben jij een administratieve topper en op zoek naar een part-time, uitdagende functie waarin je jouw skills kunt inzetten en verder ontwikkelen? Dan is deze vacature wellicht iets voor jou!

Verantwoordelijkheden als Administratief financieel medewerker:

  • Centraal aanspreekpunt voor collega's, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de administratie van inkomende facturen (inboeken, controleren).
  • Verwerking van CODA-bestanden.
  • Verzorgt e-facturatie naar klanten.
  • Beheer van de facturatie inbox.
  • Uitvoeren van debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer.

Profiel als Administratief financieel medewerker:

  • Relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is vereist.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, met goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Proactieve en leergierige administratieve vaardigheden, met een accurate werkwijze.
  • Goede basiskennis van MS Office; kennis van Expert M is een pre.
  • Stressbestendig, met een teamgerichte instelling.
