Voor een organisatie actief in de zorg zoeken wij naar een toegewijde en detailgerichte Accounts Payable Accountant om het team in Mechelen te versterken. Als je een positieve teamspeler bent met interesse in boekhouding, kan dit de perfecte rol voor jou zijn.

Wat je gaat doen als Accounts Payable Accountant:

  • Controleren, boeken en opvolgen van inkomende facturen
  • Facturen verwerken in Docuware
  • Ondersteuning bieden tijdens de maandafsluiting
  • Facturen archiveren
  • Leverancierssaldi voorbereiden
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de boekhoudmailbox beheren
  • Binnenkomende herinneringen nakijken en afhandelen

Het profiel als Accounts Payable Accountant:

  • Heb je reeds ervaring in soortgelijke rol, dan is dat mooi meegenomen
  • Nog geen ervaring, maar grote interesse in de boekhouding? Ook goed!
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Positieve instelling en teamspeler mentaliteit is hier belangrijk
