Jouw takenpakket als Accounts Payable Accountant:

  • Boeken van inkomende facturen en onkostennota’s (ook analytisch, en rekening houdend met correcte behandeling van BTW en fiscale aftrekbaarheid)
  • Initiëren en opvolgen van de goedkeuringsflow van facturen
  • Opvolgen van aanmaningen
  • Verwerken van dagdagelijkse financiële transacties
  • Voorbereiden van betalingen
  • Beheren van leveranciersgegevens
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij BTW aangiftes
  • Beheren van de Finance mailbox
  • Boeken van banken
  • Aanmaken en opvolgen van klantendossiers
  • Credit collection proces ondersteunen

Het ideale profiel:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma binnen de boekhouding
  • Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen accounts payable
  • Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office. Ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een plus
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed nauwkeurig werken
  • Je hebt een vloeiende kennis Nederlands en/of Engels
