In-house Accountant (International Consulting Firm)

An accountant position has just been created within a consulting company. The company is located south of Brussels. You will join a fast-growing company and will report to the Group's Chief Financial Officer.

As an accountant, you will be responsible for the following tasks for Belgium, Switzerland and Singapore:

• Customer Platform Management
• The configuration of projects and missions in the operating ERP,
• The retrieval and entry of purchase orders and receipt reports
• The review and validation of consultants' Activity Reports,
• Issuing customer invoices
• Debt collection,
• The monthly closings of the CA & FAE/PCA in collaboration with the International Financial Controller
• Entering supplier invoices according to general accounting and cost accounting,
• Monthly Purchasing & NPF Closes in collaboration with the International Financial Controller
• Management of overheads: management of the fleet of motor vehicles, management of the overhead costs of the Brussels office, management of the internal stock of PCs

The accountant's profile:

• Degree in Accounting or Management
• Have a first convincing professional experience in accounting
• First level of Excel proficiency;
• Organized, rigorous and attentive to the quality of the data collected and entered
• Positive relational attitudes (listening, team spirit, sense of service)
• Curiosity and open-mindedness
