General Ledger Accountant

Your responsibilities as a General Ledger Accountant:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the general ledger and make sure figures in the P&L and balance sheet are always correct.
• Support month-end and year-end closings and assist with audits and financial analyses.
• Act as the point of contact for financial inquiries and collaborate closely with other teams within finance.
• Help improve processes, automate where possible, and keep work instructions up to date.

Your profile as a General Ledger Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant experience as a GL Accountant in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and tax regulations.
• Knowledge of IFRS is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills English (Dutch or French is an asset)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• Accurate, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Flexible and solution-driven.
• A proactive mindset.

What you can expect as a General Ledger Accountant:

• Working from home: up until 2 days/Week
