An international, dynamic, and growing company in the FMCG sector is currently looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join its Groot-Bijgaarden office.

A polyvalent, analytical, and high responsibility position as an Internal Audit Manager has just been created in Groot-Bijgaarden to an internal move. Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit, you will have a multi-skilled role and will be required to travel regularly, visiting many locations around the world.

Your main responsibilities as the new Internal Audit Manager will include:

• Conduct site visits to companies worldwide to meet with local colleagues in order to verify knowledge, comprehension and application of company standards
• Identify key issues and risk areas within the organization through analysis and interviews and suggest appropriate controls to mitigate risks
• Discuss audit findings and recommendations with senior and local management
• Carry out and lead specific audit projects
• Follow the progress of management action plans on a regular basis and support audit committee presentations
• Contribute to the digital transformation of the audit function
• Examine and improve the company's audit programmes on an ongoing basis and identify opportunities to improve the remote method
• Provide support and advice to management on how to address new opportunities
• Handle a variety of stakeholders and their expectations through regular meetings and communications
• Review the accuracy and reliability of financial information provided to management

About you:

• You have a Master's degree in finance or related and at least 3 years' experience in audit
• You are fluent in English, and Dutch, French is a plus
• You have a good level of Excel, SAP, Power BI and Celonis
• You have the willingness to travel
• You have an outgoing personality and are at ease with different cultures and languages
• You have good listening skills and are keen to learn, with an analytical mind and a keen eye for detail
• You are an excellent verbal and written communicator and are able to have an effect at all levels of the organization
