Agent Oversight Manager

A dynamic and growing FinTech company is currently looking for a motivated Agent Oversight Manager to join their team in their Brussels’s office. Thanks to your experience in Financial Services and Payments, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role within your division and will help the company offer start-ups and established businesses a wide range of payment services, as well as assist and monitor in meeting compliance requirements.

Your main responsibilities as the new Agent Oversight Manager will include:

• Manage the Agent Oversight team.
• Develop a vision for the team, ensure all team members adhere to common goals, have the tools and trainings necessary to accomplish their duties.
• Assist in strengthening the risk management framework of the agents and reviewing associated policies, procedures, and controls.
• Assess and monitor the adequacy of AML policies and procedures and internal controls of the agents to ensure full compliance with all AML/CFT legislation.
• Organize regular on-site visits and follow up through the resulting recommendations.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of work experience with people management, as well as experience in the regulated services industry.
• You have good working knowledge of PSD2 regulations and AML risk management.
• You are fluent in French/Dutch and English.
• Previous professional experience in a B2B2C business or payment institution is considered an asset.
• Relevant certification, such as CAMs Specialist, AML certificate or ORM certificate, is considered a strong asset.
