Responsibilities as Sales Business Analyst :
- Lead and enhance forecasting capabilities for Business Unit (BU) leaders to support performance analysis
- Conduct detailed analysis of the sales experience, including traffic, conversion rates, average basket size, articles per customer, and pricing
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators and metrics
- Examination of sales channel
- Evaluation of market share
- Collaborate closely with the sales department
- Provide precise month-end estimates of sales, margin rates, and resources at both country and activity levels
- Work with BU leaders to prepare budgets
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to meet financial goals and analyze budget discrepancies
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports
About you:
- You have around 5 years of experience in business analysis, business controlling or performance analysis.
- You have a strong passion for finance and an analytical mindset
- You thrive on challenges and excel in fast-paced environments
- You are proactive and skilled at challenging the status quo
- You are fluent in English and proficient in either French or Dutch
- International experience is an advantage
