Een Banking bedrijf gelegen in Brussel is momenteel op zoek naar een Legal Officer - Juridisch Adviseur om ondersteuning te bieden aan de juridische afdeling en zal de bank ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse activiteiten. Dankzij jouw ervaring met banking en financial services, zul je de perfecte aanvulling zijn op het bedrijf en er een essentiële rol in spelen.
Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden als de nieuwe Legal Officer - Juridisch Adviseur zullen zijn:
- Opstellen, onderhandelen en herzien van bankcontracten, leverancierscontracten en klantencontracten
- AML- en GDPR-regelgeving
- Ondersteuning bij alle juridische aspecten
Je profiel:
- Je hebt een Master in Recht
- UJehebt 3 tot 4 jaaren ervaring in het banking sector of andere financiële diensten
- Je bent vloiend in Nederlands/Frans
Je sterktes:
- Je bent communicatief en klantgericht. Je gaat met collega’s in overleg en je slaagt erin om complexe zaken helder uit te leggen.
- Je hebt een open en enthousiaste persoonlijkheid en je kan zelfstandig werken, maar daarnaast ben je ook een echte teamspeler.
- Je werkt planmatig. Je hebt het nodige doorzettingsvermogen om je doelstellingen te bereiken.
