A leading company active in the Financial Services sector is currently looking to hire a Process Manager to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in the Financial Sector, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role within your team.
Your main responsibilities as the new Process Manager will include:
- Implement improvement projects
- Ability to detect changes in process
- Master the processes which aim above all at continuous improvement
- Formalise, communicate, store and update documentation, controls and procedures
Your profile:
- You have a Masters’ degree level education
- You have at least 3 years of experience in process management
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
- You have experience in Data Analysis& modelling
- You have experience in business process analysis and design
Your strengths:
- Pragmatic and can implement operational decisions
- Structured, analytical, curious, conceptual but also practical
- Strategic thinking
- Problem-solver mindset
