M&A Manager

A fast-growing Belgian company active in the corporate finance sector and located in the Brussels region is currently looking to recruit a new M&A Manager to reinforce its team. As the new M&A Manager, you will be working on strategy and M&A advisory mandates.

Some of the main responsibilities of the M&A Manager will include

• You will lead the execution of M&A advisory mandates;
• Buy or sell-side mandates for mid-market transactions in Belgium and abroad;
• Corporate finance advisory mandates;
• Fund raising;
• Capital market transactions;
• You will train junior team members;
• You will contribute to the business development of the company.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a master’s degree in Business or Economics and/or an MBA coupled with at least 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or in private equity. An experience as an M&A advisor will be considered as a very strong plus.

You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
