Finance Analyst

A fast-growing company active in the Banking sector is currently looking to hire a Finance Analyst to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in Finance, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in the expanding of its business activities.

Your main responsibilities as the new Finance Analyst will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of daily and monthly management reporting in relation to the various lending portfolios
• Supporting the team in the accounting analysis and implementation of new products
• Assisting the team in the preparation of the inputs for the calculation of the expected credit losses on the lending businesses
• Contributing to the compilation of annual financial statements pursuant to BEGAAP for local reporting and IFRS
• Other duties as may be determined from time to time by the Finance management

Your profile:

• You have an Accounting certification or are in the process of obtaining such qualification
• You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting within the Financial Services sector
• Experience in Accounting of lending portfolios such as Mortgage Accounting is considered an asset
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office
• You are fluent in English, and you have a very good knowledge of French and/or Dutch
