Your main responsibilities as the new Process Manager will include:

• Implement improvement projects
• Ability to detect changes in process
• Master the processes which aim above all at continuous improvement
• Formalise, communicate, store and update documentation, controls and procedures

Your profile:

• You have a Masters’ degree level education
• You have at least 3 years of experience in process management
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
• You have experience in Data Analysis& modelling
• You have experience in business process analysis and design

Your strengths:

• You are pragmatic and can implement operational decisions.
• You are structured, analytical, curious, conceptual but also practical. You enjoy strategic thinking, but also need to
