A dynamic and successful company, specializing in the financial sector, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager for its Brussels office.
Reporting to the Branch Director, with whom you will work in close collaboration, you will play an important part in contributing to the development of the structure in the Benelux.
Your main responsibilities as the new Business Development Manager will include:
Marketing and promoting the leasing offer to the Group's various banking networks
Marketing and promoting the leasing offer to business partners
Be the main contact for banks and/or business partners at all stages of the commercial relationship. Use all means of promotion (visits, meetings, training, reporting, etc.) to strengthen customer relations and customer satisfaction
Manage, develop and build loyalty among a portfolio of business customers
Participate in the appraisal of financing opportunities and projects received:
Exploring customer needs
Proposal of appropriate pricing
Understanding and presenting the risks associated with the customer and the transaction
Forwarding files for decision in accordance with the applicable delegation schemes
Participating in the drafting of contracts
Collection of KYC documents and verification of the completeness and conformity of the documents submitted
Follow-up of files in coordination with other company teams until disbursement and any after-sales service
Participate in the subsidiary's sales reporting
Monitor the commercial and competitive environment
Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and strict adherence to Group compliance rules
Carrying out any specific one-off or ongoing assignments entrusted to you
About you:
You have a university degree
You are fluent in French and Dutch
You have a good knowledge of financial products, particularly leasing products
You have a knowledge of sales promotion techniques
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork
You have strong negotiating skills and ability to take the initiative
You have excellent oral and written communication skills
You have the ability to adapt, resilience and autonomy in managing files
You are rigorous, reliable and responsive
You have good organisational skills
