Senior Claims Handler

A growing company active in the Insurance sector is currently looking to hire a Senior Claims Handler to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience within the Insurance sector, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role within the company and your team.

Your main responsibilities as the new Senior Claims Handler will include:

• You will be the first to welcome customers to a claim and work very autonomously.
• You manage the claim (fire, car, liability, etc.) and communicate your assessment to the customer in an appropriate way.
• You are in direct contact with the end customer.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor or masters’ degree level education in Economics or Finance, or equivalent by experience.
• You have good working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of the management package BRIO is considered an asset.
• You speak Dutch and have a good command of French.
