EB Administrator

A leading international Insurance company is currently looking to hire a EB Administrator to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in Insurance and brokerages, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role within the company and will be responsible for your team as you are the main point of contact for clients and brokers.

Your main responsibilities as the new EB Administrator will include:

• You will be responsible for the daily management of the clients' group life and disability insurance. You will be responsible for the entry and exit of employees, changes in personnel data, annual adjustment of benefits, premium statements, etc.
• You are responsible for your insurance portfolio will carry out the necessary checks based on quality control signals.
• You will set up and manage new and existing business and draft endorsements or settlements.

Your profile:

• You have a university level education preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Insurance, or equivalent by experience.
• Training or experience in group insurance is desirable.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
